Mr. Bryan E. Barus, CCIM, CPM holds a BA in Marketing and Advertising from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. Since founding SRESI, Bryan continues to develop a full line of real estate advisory services, including tenant and asset representation, acquisition and disposition, and property management for private and corporate clients alike. His specific responsibilities include supporting all lines of business within SRESI and ROC Suburban, including client relations, property management, property operations, client communications, strategic planning and marketing, Bryan’s strengths are financial analysis, transaction strategy, market knowledge, team building and managing tenant and brokerage relationships. Bryan is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with proven analytical and organizational skills.
Professionally, Bryan is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois, a Certified Commercial Member(CCIM), an IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM) and belongs to the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors (NICAR) and Main Street Organ of Realtors (MORE). Bryan is a martial arts instructor (Tae Kwon Do), an avid private pilot (instrument rated), a guest lecturer at North Central College and a member of the North Central College Board of Trustee Associates.
Michael S. Siurek
Mr. Siurek is President of ROC, Inc., a real estate investment, development and construction services company, and a co-founder of ROC Suburban LLC., a full service real estate and property management company. He is also a major partner in ROC/MCS LLC, a company which buys and sells foreclosed residential properties. [read more]
As a result of these various endeavors, his experience and responsibilities are broad based. They include project identification and development, financial negotiations and capital structure and project management. He completes each project in a cost effective, timely manner achieving operating expense efficiencies, and maximizes returns for the portfolio.
First educated as an engineer, Mr. Siurek acquired an extensive background in commercial investment, redevelopment and disposition. He has spent over 15 years closing transactions on distressed properties with financial institutions, federal agencies and private parties. During this time, he developed an unique perspective which culminated in the successful startup of his own company grounded in commercial real estate, and the initial successes enabled him to attract investment capital for additional projects.
Over the past several years, Mr. Siurek has been very active with the development and disposition of hundreds of multifamily units. He has also redeveloped hundreds of thousands of square feet of office space, which created tens of millions of dollars of investor value. He continues to seek real estate projects which allow him to use his unique talents and experience to further investor value. He has an MBA in Finance, with honors of distinction from Benedictine University, and an undergraduate degree in Manufacturing Technology and Engineering from Western Illinois University. Mike serves on the Board of Trustees for Benedictine University, he is also an active member of the All Saints Catholic Academy Construction and Development Committee, and he spends considerable time coaching youth sports.
